The Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus (MELH) is located in the government district of Berlin. After five years of construction, it was inaugurated on December 10, 2003 as the third new parliament building on the Spree. The architect was Stephan Braunfels. An extension of this house has been under construction since 2010, which will not be completed until 2021 due to various construction problems
