Zapadnaya Dvina river and quarry near the village of Rouba. Ruba is an urban village in the Vitebsk region subordinate to the Vitebsk City Council (part of the Zheleznodorozhny Administrative Region). It consists of two large parts: in fact – Ruby, and the village of Verkhovye (Ruba-2).
