Hydro Plant on the River Bank. Hydro water pumping plant acts as balance in electric grid. When there is surplus of generated electricity it uses its turbines to pump water into its massive water reservoir. If electric grid is in deficit of electricity it releases water to generate electricity and acts as simple hydro electric plant.
