One of the large-scale projects for the reconstruction of the city’s road infrastructure has started in Vitebsk – the modernization of Gagarina Street. Gagarin Street is planned to be reconstructed in a year. In the future, there will be six traffic lanes, pedestrian and bicycle paths on both sides, modern public transport stops, energy-saving lighting equipment, and galvanized metal fences.
