The village of Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon is bordered by the artificial lake of Sainte-Croix. It is part of the Verdon Regional Natural Park and is located in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department in the French region of Provence-Alpes-Cotes d’Azur. Posted at 513 meters above sea level, it has about 120 inhabitants, the Saint-Cruxiens, for an area of about 13 km2.
