Sheep Herd Pack 1
A group of sheep is called a flock, herd or mob. Farmers exploit flocking behavior to keep sheep together on unfenced pastures such as hill farming, and to move them more easily. Sheep have a strong instinct to follow the sheep in front of them. When one sheep decides to go somewhere, the rest of the flock usually follows, even if it is not a good “decision.”
