Each of us has archival footages in the 4×3 resolution. And sometimes we need to use it in modern resolutions.

Usually it’s a trivial scaling or stretching across the width. As for me the most terrible is background bluring.

Therefore I offer you an elegant solution. This is not a magic wand – actually it stretches the image around the edges, without touching the center of the frame – so use it.
