Hierapolis Latrina Along the inner wall is a bench with holes for sitting on it. A clean water channel for sanitary needs has been built in front of the channel that carries waste water. The floor is arranged with travertine plates bearing traces of use and wear. The building was built in the 1st century AD. The inscriptions written in red paint on the half-columns in the name of Emperor Justinian are of great importance for dating the date of the collapse of the building and the earthquake that caused it.
