Cadouin is a French village located in the south of the Dordogne department, in Perigord, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The village is part of the town of Buisson-de-Cadouin which has about 1900 inhabitants called the Caduniens. There is the old Cistercian abbey, Cadouin abbey, partly listed as a historic monument and the Cadouin market hall listed as a historic monument.
