Cadouin is a French village located in the south of the Dordogne department, in Perigord, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The village is part of the commune of Buisson-de-Cadouin which has about 1900 inhabitants called the Caduniens. There is the old Cistercian abbey, Cadouin abbey, partly listed as a historic monument, as well as the Cadouin hall listed as a historic monument.
